Celebrate the season with Paragon Restaurant atop festive Queen Anne Hill as the Evan Captain Trio plays the soundtrack to “A Charlie Brown Christmas!” This is a family friendly event with special Holiday menu offerings for adults and children. Festive cocktails (and mocktails for the young ones) will get everyone in the holiday spirit!
Evan has performed at jazz clubs and private parties throughout the northwest. He is a recurring name in the Piano Starts Here series, curated in partnership with KNKX radio. Past performances include the Royal Room, Vito's, Hotel Sorrento, Seattle Yacht Club, and others.
His piano trio features top-level musicians, collaborating with professionals out of Cornish, UW, Berkeley, and other renowned institutions. He believes music should be playful and curious, so he often visits the neighborhood jam sessions to find inspiration.
His primary influences include Dave Brubeck, Vince Guarldi, Thelonious Monk, Bud Powell, and many local players like Daniel Salka, Cameron Sharif, and Marina Albero.
