We have welcomed a vibrant and talented new Chef onto our culinary team. Stephan Bourgond is a ballet dancer turned chef who made his way to Seattle from Canada via Nice, FR. He spent some time studying on a 100 acre organic farm in Ireland which has shaped his views on the locality and sustainability of our menu. Steph gained experience on the culinary team at a Michelin starred restaurant in Nice and is now sharing his love for gorgeous, seasonal food with the residents of Queen Anne.

We sat down to discuss finding new purveyors and Chef mentioned he wasn’t used to the American system and was more used to walking to the local market to purchase produce for each weeks menu. Ever since, the Paragon-QA Farmer’s Market bond was born.
